About Coco

I am a serial entrepreneur who started my own business from the age of 6.

After graduating from King's College London, I started working in a bank working in many departments including trade finance, retail, as well as credit departments. Customers including corporations such as MTR, Airport Authority, Cheung Kong Group, PCCW, CITIC and more.

I then entered the world of entrepreneurs and started businesses in various industries including gifts, fashion, hospitality and more. I admit that some have failed, whilst some became very successful.

Coco Weddings, the first wedding planning company in Hong Kong, was founded in 1996. We worked with many celebrity couples in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Coco Weddings was chosen to act as the business consultant to Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel weddings and events, and was also the artistic designer for all the themes used at the hotel. Many We also helped Maxims Chinese Group restaurants evolve from traditional Chinese restaurants  to high end wedding banqueting venues. We also trained the staff for many hotels including the Peninsula Hotel Catering Team.

Coco Weddings published its own magazine in 2003, and the publication was then sold in 2015. Coco Weddings was also the first to start wedding planner certificate courses to train professionals for the industry.

In 2007, I started Little Academy, a learning centre for early childhood education. We had two branches with over 400 students. As a result, I co-hosted parenting programs on RTHK, Metro Radio, ATV as well as various online TV stations.

In 2008, I entered into the world of Green Living, and became the distributor for ENJO, an Austrian fibre technology company, that can clean the home without any chemicals.

I started the HK MOMpreneurs group because I understand how hard it is to juggle the world of motherhood and entrepreneurship. I want to help MOMpreneurs in Hong Kong by sharing my experiences and helping them connect with the right network and suppliers.

I believe in maintaining a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose, and always striving for significant outcomes. When you work with me, you should expect a collaboration with transparency and consistency. Whether you are a MOM looking to start something new, or a business owner who wants a little bit of help, HK MOMpreneurs can help.
